Motivational Monday | Week 3

Alright M'Lovely?
It's that time of week again!
As a new week begins, it is refreshing.
It's beginning to get lighter at night, Spring is in the air.

This week, my little new week's resolutions are;
1. Worry Less - I hate worrying. I've always been a worrier even over things that I don't need to. I seen this quote on weheartit.com and I remember thinking, I need to start living by this quote; "Worrying won't stop the bad stuff from happening, it just stops you from enjoying the good.". I just think that it is so true. Worrying won't get you anywhere. It just causes extra stress and frankly, there's enough of that!
2. Get a diary - I know that it sounds silly, but I am terrible for remembering dates, appointments, birthdays etc. I am going to get a personalised diary from Personal Planner, which are a good price and you can personalise pretty much all aspects of the diary.

Alrighty, until next time..A.

'Most Worn' | Tag.

Hello, my lovelies..
Well, Happy Sunday!

I hope that you's all had a lovely week.
Today's blogpost is going to be a tag.
Alrighty, here it goes.
1. Most worn lipstick and lipgloss; Probably Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in 260 (Amethyst Shimmer) and for Lipgloss, I never really wear any but, I consider Revlon's lip butter as a Lipgloss so I'd have to say it, in Cotton Candy.

2. Most worn Eyeliner; L'Oreal Superliner - it is just amazing, stays on all day and it's just brillant.

3. Most worn Nailpolish; Any of the L'Oreal Colour Riche colours, they're so wearable, but I would recommend a topcoat.

4. Most worn eyeshadow; Rimmel Glam Eyes in Smokey Brun.

5. Most worn Concealer; Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer.

6. Most worn Foundation; I switch between Rimmel wake me up foundation and Benefit's Hello Flawless foundation.

7. Most worn Kohl Eyeliner; I rarely use Kohl eyeliner, usually just liquid.

8. Most worn blush; I rarely use blush, but Benefit's Fine One One.

9. Most worn bronzer; I rarely use bronzer.

10. Most worn mascara: Maybelline's the Volume Rocket Express. I really like it, it just coats every lash with just the right amount of mascara.
Alrighty, until tomorrow..A.

Motivational Monday | Week 2.

Hello my Lovelies,
How are you's? I hope that you's are all very well and had a good week.

So, last week I wrote a blogpost for the beginning of the week just as an little inspiration and it seemed to go down well, so here it goes again.

Last week was a reflective week. I went over to Swansea, Wales because I am thinking of moving there.

It was one of those moments in a persons life when you look out of the window and just stare out and try to comtemplate actually living in a place.

This week's little goals are:

1. Spend more time with my family. By 'spend time' I mean to actually spend time with them, not just watch T.V. with them. I used to play Monopoly with my family all the time when I was little and sometime, life gets in the way of this. This week, I want to be able to just sit, talk and reminisce.

2. Appreicate life more. This sounds silly, but I recently watched Beyonce's documentary 'Life is but a dream' and if you didn't know, Beyonce is one of my idols. It sounds quite juvenile but, I idolise her. The way she is a working mother, singer, director and actress. The way that she represents women as the superior, rather then the inferior gender, is what I love. Anyway, I was watching her documentary, and she appreciates life so much and she knows that everything happens for a reason, even if that's just to make us stronger. I want to start appreciating my life more - I want to travel more and just realise that there are going to be little battles along the way, but that's life.

Alrighty, I hope that this wasn't too boring for you.

What are your 'New Week's" Resolutions?

Until next time..A.

Review: Caudalie Beauty Elixir.

Well, hello there.
I had heard a lot of good reports on the blogosphere about the Caudalie Beauty Elixir, so I decided to purchase this to see if it was any good.

This reatails at just under £8 for a 30ML bottle. When I first got this, I actually wasn't sure when to use it, was it after foundation/moisturiser etc.?
However, after some research, it actually doesn't have a specific purpose. You can use it, similar to MAC's Studio Fix, as a setting mist, as a refresher or just after your moisturiser.
I really like this. I wasn't sure if I would to be honest, because I was wanted to see a signifcant difference in my skin and how my foundation looked on my skin however, it's not specifically for that.
I think that this would be amazing during the summer, for cooling down your skin after a long day in the sun. It is really refreshing though especially in the morning before your make-up.
Overall though, I love this product and will definately be repurchasing this in the Summer.
Let me know, if you've ever tried this and what you think of this.
Until next time..A.

Motivational Monday | Week 1

Contrary to popular beliefs, I like Monday.
I don't like awaking early but, that's anyday. Monday is a refreshing day.
It's a new week, you can put the troubles of the last week away and 'Spring Clean' your week.
A new beginning. A new opportunity to get things right, whether that's dieting or just more of a positive outlook.
I've decided that every Monday I will bring you's a little inspiration to start off the week right.

I've decided to write a couple of little things that I want to do this week so that this time next week, I can reflect and make sure that I have.

1. Think more positive; I want to begin to see the Silver Linings rather than the grey cloud. Changing your attitude towards a situation cam make such a difference.

2. Sort out all of my real-life documents; Sorting out my computer's documents is easy, but to sort out real-lifey documents is somewhat of a challenge. I always get distracted. Not this week. This week, I will sort out all of my documents.

Alrighty, these are my little changes for this week and a little inspiration for you.
Until next time..A.

Tag: 15 Questions.

Alright M'lovlies.
Second blogpost in 1 day; Are you proud of me?
Today, I've decided to do a 'Tag' blogpost so that you's can get to know me abit better.
1. Is your hair naturally curly or straight? Wavy with some kinks. I used to straighten most days until I got it ombred. Now I wear it tousled alot.
2. What is your natural hair colour? Dark brown.
3. Do you colour it yourself or go to a salon? I've always went to a salon, always would tbh.
4. How often do you wash your hair? I used to wash it everyday but, it made it really dull so now, every other day.
5. Do you wear the same style every day or change it? I tend to keep to the same styles either tousled, curled or in a bun.
6. Do you do your own manicure/pedicure or go to a salon? At home for me - I've only ever had a professional manicure once.

7. How often to you change your nail polish? It depends tbh., it depends if there's any family occassions, or holidays etc.
8. Do you polish your toes in the winter, too or just in the summer? I tend to polish more in the summer but I would polish in the winter from time to time.

9. How long does it take to put on your makeup? About 20 minutes.

10. What do you do first? Face or eyes? Definately face.

11. Do you "collect" makeup or just buy what you need when you need it? Abit of both. Recently, I've kept thinking, "I need to review it", and I've used it only a couple of times - I have went on a spending ban for the next few weeks because I've bought alot of products to review such as Caudalie Beauty Elixir *Hint Hint*.

12. How often do you wear false eyelashes? Rarely - I can't seem to apply them very well.

13. Do you do a full face of makeup every day? No, I only wear make-up if I'm going outside of the house. If I'm just blogging or lazing around, then no.

14. Do you wear makeup when you are home alone (or with family)? No, I only wear make-up if I'm going outside or family dinners etc.

15. Will you leave the house without makeup? It really does depend - if I'm having a lazy day then yes, but usually I'll try to atleast put on some foundation.

Alrighty, I hope that you liked getting to know me abit better.

I tag you to do this :)

Until next time..A.
