Motivational Monday | Week 1

Contrary to popular beliefs, I like Monday.
I don't like awaking early but, that's anyday. Monday is a refreshing day.
It's a new week, you can put the troubles of the last week away and 'Spring Clean' your week.
A new beginning. A new opportunity to get things right, whether that's dieting or just more of a positive outlook.
I've decided that every Monday I will bring you's a little inspiration to start off the week right.

I've decided to write a couple of little things that I want to do this week so that this time next week, I can reflect and make sure that I have.

1. Think more positive; I want to begin to see the Silver Linings rather than the grey cloud. Changing your attitude towards a situation cam make such a difference.

2. Sort out all of my real-life documents; Sorting out my computer's documents is easy, but to sort out real-lifey documents is somewhat of a challenge. I always get distracted. Not this week. This week, I will sort out all of my documents.

Alrighty, these are my little changes for this week and a little inspiration for you.

  2. I'm going to try and think back to this post every Monday from now on and hopefully it will motivate me a bit as the title suggests. I'm the opposite to you and always see Mondays in a bad light, I wish the weekend was lasting for another day and that I didn't have to go back to college and work!

      Awh, believe me - I get those days too when I just want to sleep :)
