Dior Star Foundation | Review

When it comes to the more expensive Beauty brands, I have always gravitated towards Dior, ever since I bought my first Lipstick!

I recently went to Dior to get some Skin advice, as it's been temperamental recently. When the lovely Sales Rep was doing my Make-up, we were chatting about this Blog and some new releases from them. She mentioned in passing a new Foundation: Dior Star. I have to admit, I was instantly intrigued.

She applied the Foundation and explained the concept. This Foundation is made for Photos as it has a light-reflecting formula so even when you get your Picture taken with a harsh Flash, the Foundation gives a really beautiful finish.

The one thing that I really liked about this Foundation was the coverage, for the amount of Foundation applied. It's one of those products that is really buildable, so if I'm having a good Skin Day, I'll apply a Pea-sized amount and start to blend, which is super easy. Even with that small amount of Product, it provides such a good base for the rest of your Make-up!

In terms of longevity, the Foundation easily lasts 10 - 12 Hours, with a little Concealer touch-up here and there! What I really like about this, is the light-weight formula. Having combination Skin, I always worry about Foundations that have a great coverage however, feel heavy once applied and end up clogging Pores. I'm glad to report, this is not one of those Foundations!

Overall, I am completely in Love with this Foundation. It has a great light weight formula, which lasts all Day and most importantly, doesn't clog Pores! I would definitely recommend checking this out! Have you tried this Foundation?

Love Always...
